These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("you", "the Player" or "User"), and n789 (hereinafter referred to as "n789", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at n789.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, accepting bonuses, or using any feature or service offered by n789, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of n789 immediately and refrain from registering an account or making any deposit. These Terms supersede any prior communications, representations or agreements between you and n789 relating to your use of the platform.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the n789 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or the law of your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater. n789 enforces strict age verification and will not knowingly permit minors to access real-money features.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not eligible.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory. The determination of Restricted Territories is made solely by n789 and may change without prior notice.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on n789 at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. Personal Use: You must register and use the Account exclusively for your own personal entertainment. Using the Account on behalf of another person, operating it as a business venture, or facilitating third-party access is prohibited.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or close family member of an employee of n789 or any affiliated company, software provider or payment processor connected to the platform.
7. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current and complete. n789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information submitted.

To access real-money features on n789, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, your country of residence and your preferred currency.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC). n789 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before processing any withdrawal request, and in certain cases before accepting deposits above specified thresholds, you will be required to submit satisfactory documentary proof of identity (e.g., CNIC, passport or government-issued ID), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement), and where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Documents must be valid, legible and unaltered.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. n789 will treat any activity carried out using your username and password as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify n789 immediately at the support email address. n789 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Currency. You may select your preferred account currency at registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a display or transaction currency, it will be clearly indicated in the cashier. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

4.4 Verification Timelines. n789 aims to complete standard KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving all required documents. Complex cases or documents requiring additional review may take longer. Withdrawal processing will not commence until verification is complete.

By using the n789 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to access, interact with or manipulate the platform, its games or its betting markets.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any part of the n789 software or interface.
• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from such activity may be voided.
• You will not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other criminal activity. n789 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• You will not post, transmit or distribute any content through the platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or unlawful.
• You will not attempt to access accounts, systems or networks belonging to other users or to n789 without authorisation.
• You accept that all game outcomes on n789 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanics, and that n789 does not control or manipulate individual game outcomes.

6.1 Deposits. n789 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — may appear as available methods. Availability, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are confirmed in the cashier at point of transaction. These payment providers are referenced for familiarity only; their listing does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for n789 by any such provider.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per account, as displayed in the cashier. Limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Players depositing in PKR should confirm current PKR limits directly in the cashier.

6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must, where reasonably possible, match the method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. n789 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. n789 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated. External delays caused by payment processors, banks or mobile money networks fall outside n789's control.

6.5 Fees. n789 does not charge internal withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside n789's control. Any fees deducted by a payment provider are the Player's responsibility.

6.6 Refused and Reversed Transactions. n789 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposit and withdrawal transactions where fraud, money laundering, terms violations or verification failures are suspected. Where a transaction is reversed, funds will be returned to the originating payment method to the extent technically possible.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by n789 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. n789 is committed to transparency — you will know the full requirements before you claim any offer.

7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and email address. n789 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility where abuse is suspected.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed, unmet or expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically. Players will not be compensated for expired bonus funds.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. n789 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or matched bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics. n789 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where abuse is identified.

7.6 Withdrawal of Real Funds During Active Bonus. If you choose to withdraw your real-money balance while an active bonus is attached to your account, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. n789 will process the real-money withdrawal on that basis.

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers. n789 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a technical error, pricing error or suspicion of irregular betting patterns is identified. All wagers are accepted subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time of placement.

8.2 Sports Betting Markets. n789 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including Pakistan cricket (domestic and international), PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and ODI series, international football, UFC and other events. Market availability, odds and in-play features are subject to change and are not guaranteed for any specific event.

8.3 Odds and Prices. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the User. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance apply.

8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, walk-overs, pricing errors, or where a game outcome cannot be verified. Specific void rules per sport and market type are published in the platform's sports rules section.

8.5 Casino and Live Games. All casino games on n789 use certified RNG or live dealer technology supplied by licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. n789 does not manipulate individual game outcomes.

8.6 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's record. n789 is not liable for losses caused by Internet service interruptions, device failure or network outages on the Player's side.

n789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following player-protection tools are available within your Account settings and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced session endings after a set period of play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration and cost of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a short defined period (e.g., 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours, and in urgent cases within the same session.

All content on the n789 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data and databases — is the intellectual property of n789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of n789.

Any unauthorised use of n789's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from system downtime, game interruptions or payment delays.

11.2 n789 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.3 n789 shall not be liable for losses arising from: force majeure events, third-party payment processor failures, regulatory actions, changes in applicable law, or any other event beyond n789's reasonable control.

11.4 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, n789's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 By n789. n789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is detected; you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; regulatory requirements mandate account closure; or n789 determines in its sole discretion that continued access poses a risk to the platform, other users or applicable legal obligations.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts owed to n789. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for breach.

12.3 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting n789 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed subject to verification requirements being met.

12.4 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

n789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, n789 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered users by email. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n789 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through n789's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

n789 operates under an international gaming licence. It does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani governmental authority, and does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory body.
